Oriental mustard microgreens have a delicious, very pronounced horseradish taste that allows you to add a real kick to your recipes! Oriental mustard microgreens are not difficult to grow and are so delicious that you would be crazy to miss out on them. As mustard is part of the brassicaceae family, known for sulfurophanes and powerful antioxidants, oriental mustard microgreens have considerable antioxidant properties and therefore, anti-cancer properties. Their beautiful partially green and partially white stems that look like sprouted beans are full of vitamins A, B, C, E and K. In addition to the antioxidants that we have already mentioned, there are also calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, selenium, potassium and zinc, without forgetting beta-carotene, chlorophyll and amino acids. Chlorophyll only gives it its beautiful green color, but it helps the body to assimilate magnesium.

Conservation
Keep the microgreens on slightly moist soil. Eat them or put the trays in the fridge when they are more or less 10 cm. The cold will slow their growth until you eat them.

Growth
Oriental mustard microgreens are pretty so they will not only add taste but a nice look to your salads, sandwiches, wraps, etc. You will want to eat or cut them before they reach 10 cm and keep them in the fridge in plastic bags for two or three days or place the entire tray in the refrigerator.
