Conservation
Keep the microgreens on slightly moist soil. Eat them or put the trays in the fridge when they reach between 7.5 and 10 cm. The cold will slow their growth until you eat them.

Growth
The sunflower microgreens should not exceed 10 cm if you do not want them to become more bitter. When they are between 7.5 and 10 cm, you will want to slide your entire tray in the fridge or cut your sprouts and keep them in a plastic bag for two or three days maximum.
