What you will want to know

Sunflower microgreens grow very quickly and that’s great! We can eat them faster. They are delicious in everything! Whether you add it to your sandwich, salad or wrap or prefer to cook it, you can’t go wrong! Of course, eaten raw, it will be even more bursting with vitamins A and C (it also contains B and E, by the way) as well as a multitude of minerals, including calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and zinc. But that’s not all! Sunflower microgreens are also a good source of protein, enzymes, folic acid, selenium, and lecithin. They even seem to be particularly good for men. Hmm … something to do with the prostate? Without a doubt!

Keep the microgreens on slightly moist soil. Eat them or put the trays in the fridge when they reach between 7.5 and 10 cm. The cold will slow their growth until you eat them.

The sunflower microgreens should not exceed 10 cm if you do not want them to become more bitter. When they are between 7.5 and 10 cm, you will want to slide your entire tray in the fridge or cut your sprouts and keep them in a plastic bag for two or three days maximum.
